As a president, he has been managing and coordinating with all ICT Members. He has been serving with ICT for more than fifteen years. As President Poudyal is trying his best to promote the ICT sector by organizing the ICT Info Trade, which is an event of mammoth proportions, annually.
Apart from this, his untiring efforts in various fields relating to ICT are ongoing. Poudyal has extensive experience in managing & organizing events.
Young and energetic, Roshan Bhandari been serving as 1st vice president of the ICT Association of Nepal since last two years. As 1st vice president he holds the role of integration of Compaq into the ICT Organization.
He is also responsible for management of ICT Branding eXPO to make it a success. Bhandari is an experienced hand with extensive experience of handling the responsibilities specific to the expo. In addition, Bhandari is the authorized distributor of brands such as Philips, Creative, Avid, M-Audio, Pinnacle, and so on.
Founder of ICT and its current 2nd Vice President, Upadhyaya has put a lot of hard work and struggle to accomplish the goal of establishing Computer Association of Nepal in 1992. Upadhyaya has spent the last 30 years in the IT field, and is the founder general secretary of CAN. He has served CAN for more than 15 years and has come a long way. An awesome embodiment of brilliance and talent, Upadhyaya’s expertise in the field of IT helped him realize the ICT Association of Nepal in 2008 with the objective of lending a helping hand to support the National ICT Policy, Development of ICT in rural areas as well as protect the interests of ICT business people.
Shovan Sainju has been a technology distribution young entrepreneur for over 15 years. His experience spans organizational strategy, customer relationship management, corporate governance, and operations. As a founding member of Tele World Pvt. Ltd, Sainju has been responsible for the company’s distribution relationship and delivery excellence model.
Sainju commitment to the cause of furthering the cause of ICT is exemplary. Alongside, Sainju has been taking care of business development ideas.
Sainju has played a very significant role in taking care of the International Relation for ICT Association heading ahead and planning long term for the association. He frequently contributes to team work and public relations. Sainju is the one who get things done who doesn't watch things get done. Sainju lives in Kathmandu with his wife and a son.

Mr. Ram Sharan Pandey is the charter President of ICT Association of Nepal. Mr. Pandey is the Director of Ishan Infosys Pvt. Ltd., Nepal and President of Ishan USA Inc, USA. Mr. Pandey currently serves as former executive committee member of Nepal Chamber of Commerce. He was appointed as the member of the High Level Commission for Information Technology by Nepal Government for four years (2006-2009). Under Mr. Pandey’s leadership, ICT flourished rapidly and had a very successful ICT expo.
As the Past president of ICT Association of Nepal, Upadhyay had ambitious plans in the field of information technology. He had been elected for two years as President of the Association. Mr. Upadhyay was responsible for running all facets of business policy and legislative reform, analysis, strategic planning, organizational development, management and capacity building, ICT projects. He was also responsible for formulation, evaluation and analysis, community development programming, training program design and implementation.
Mr. Sagar Dev Lakhe is the Immediate Past President of ICT Association of Nepal. Mr. Lakhe is responsible for running all facets of business policy and legislative reform, analysis, strategic planning, organizational development, management and capacity building and ICT projects.
